How is luggage stored?

We store all luggage on professional-grade racks off the ground and away from sunlight in our secure, monitored, climate controlled depot.

Can I sort through my stuff at the depot?

Yes. We have a customer area where you can privately sort through the contents of your luggage. Just book access by emailing, texting, or calling us with a day's notice or more.

How do I access my luggage? Is it free?

Access is free! Just give us at least a day’s notice, and we’ll have your luggage ready. To book your appointment, email us at hello@cachedepot.ca or text/call (778) 955‑4769.

Can I store my luggage for less than 1 day?

No. We do not offer hourly storage.

Hard no. Your price is your monthly total and it will not change during your stay with us. No hidden fees, gimmick promos, and seasonal price hikes here.

Can I get a discount if I’m only storing my luggage for a few weeks?

No. Our rates are monthly and priced to be as affordable as possible. But you’re welcome to pick up your luggage anytime.

How does pricing work?

We charge by the piece of luggage and all rates are monthly. For $20, you can store one piece of luggage of any size. Need to store more? Add on more pieces of luggage for $10 each.
