If you have more than 8 boxes or if they are banker box size or smaller, contact us for volume or size discounts.

Sizing: If you can carry it yourself (and you’re not the Hulk), the size is likely fine. Box rates apply to boxes up to 24″ on any side and about 50 lb. Overages of a few inches or pounds are ok but large ones get a $5 per box, per month surcharge.

Please do not pack food inside your boxes.

How big can my boxes be for this rate?

If you can carry it yourself (and you’re not the Hulk), the size is probably fine. But space is space, and we can’t price a wardrobe-sized box like a shoebox. Box rates apply to boxes up to 24″ on any side and about 50 lb. Overages of a few inches or pounds are fine. Boxes larger than that will be an additional $5 each per month.

Can I access my boxes while in storage?

Yes! All you do is email us at hello@cachedepot.ca letting us know which box and when you'd like to come by.

Can I sort through my boxes at the depot?

Absolutely, you're welcome to sort through your items in our private customer area during your access appointment.

Can someone else access my boxes?

Yes but this must be confirmed by you over email in advance. Let us know their full name and we will ask for their ID before we allow them access to your items.

What if my boxes are very small?

Tell us their approximate dimensions and we'll work something out.
