How is my kayak or canoe stored?
All kayaks and canoes are professionally racked based on their model, size, and weight ensuring their safety.
How often can I pick up & drop off?
You're welcome to access your gear 2 to 3 times a week, depending on scheduling. For instance, you can book a pick-up on a Friday evening and drop off your kayak as early as the same day or take it out for the weekend. As long as you book a day or more in advance, you're all set!
Do I need to lift my gear to where it's stored?
No. Since we do not store using storage units, we handle that part for you! Once your gear has been dropped off in our customer area, we will securely rack your kayak or canoe.
