No. Since each piece of luggage is securely placed on our racking system and not stacked, we charge the same rate for carry-on sized luggage and full-size luggage.

How do I arrange to drop off my luggage?

Once you reserve your storage rate, you'll be redirected to book your drop off date and time. If you prefer to pay during your drop off appointment, please email us at hello@cachedepot.ca to secure your booking.

Can I drop-off or pick-up my luggage without an appointment?

No. We do not offer walk-ins. We do this to ensure everything is sorted with 100% accuracy.
